Lace Wig REFUND Policy
There is no refund on the custom lace wigs that we sell, they are 100% custom made to your specifications. Your hair style, colour and size are unique to only you and will not be easily interchangeable with anyone else. This is a custom made order for you and therefore we will not be able to offer a refund.
Exceptions: If there is any defect in the workmanship or material, we would be happy to remake the system at our expense. we inspect it upon completion and verify the construction in accordance with the custom order.

Lace Wig Delivery: Once you pay for the lace wig, the custom order form will be sent  for processing according to your specifications. The Custom unit takes between 3-4 weeks to make and ship out, as they are handmade with the best craftsmanship on the market.

All lace wigs in stock will be shipped out immediately after confirmation of payment
