Returns Policy

Our objective is a commitment to quality and excellence.

All returns/exchanges: must be approved and agreed upon e-mail (sales@nefertitis.co,uk)  before packages are accepted. Your e- mail must state which item you wish to return. Write order numbers clearly on the outside of the return label e.g hkw 100.

Return packages: Must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and must be retuned in original condition. Product must be in the original packaging with all netting tags in place. We will not accept merchandised that has been worn, washed or altered, cut or transformed in any way. All merchandise not meeting the above criteria will be refused refund or replacement.

Refund our pledge
If any items are received damage or in perfect we will offer a full refund or exchange upon receipt of the item within five business days.

 

Lace Wigs & Hair Replacement Units

Our objective is a commitment to quality and excellence bring you the best in Lace wigs and Hair Replacement units. If your Lace wig or Hair replacement is faulty or Damaged, we will give you a choice of a replacement or 100% Refund and we will cover the cost.

Cancellations: No Cancellations or refund accepted on custom wigs orders after 72 hours.
All cancellations must be in writing and email sales@nefertitis.co.uk

Conditions:

1. The item must be returned within 5 days
2. You need to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the item
3. You need to e-mail us the item number and explain fault before sending item.

Customized lace wig refund

Due to the nature of customized Lace wigs once the order has been dispatched we cannot give a refund. You will need to cancel within 48 hours of us receiving your order. Customized wigs are made uniquely to fit the client.
No Cancellations or refunds accepted on customized lace wigs or Lace wigs and Hair Replacement units after 48 hours.
